Our story
Chef Mariam’s menu began with the food of her Muscat childhood: fish brought home from Muttrah, smoke from the family grill and citrus carried down from Jabal Akhdar.
At Juniper Table, those memories meet the shared-table traditions of the Mediterranean. The result is bright, produce-led cooking with a distinctly Omani sense of welcome.
